Fits ->safe position->check blood sugar --->Low [IV dextrose]

                                                             --->Normal [give IV diazepam 0.25mg/kg]-rectal 0.5mg/kg if IV

                                                             --->(fit stop or  still fitting 3-5min later)

Repeat IV Diazepam  --> fit stop

Caution!!! MAXIMUM DIAZEPAM DOSE IS 0.75mg/kg

1.       Do not transfer unless child is stable or unable to control fits

2.       Be prepared to provide respiratory support ( bag, mask, ETT )

3.       Child begin to develop cerebral edema after 30 minutes of convulsion

4.       Maintain IV access during transport. ( have diazepam available )

monitoring of vital sign is very important. Please record the observation in every 5 minutes 

until patients stable and transferred to the ward 😊

So, 

every hospital have their own protocol. But, so far in kulim hospital, every morning, we will count and record all the medicines/drugs 

as well as the equipments.

gambar jarak jauh kebakaran yang diambil...

punca dan sebab kebakaran ini berlaku 

adalah tidak diketahui..

namun begitu ada pihak yang mengatakan bahawa

last week, 11 orang pelajar i-systems colleges Bukit mertajam telah menduduki peperiksaan lembaga jururawat malaysia...wau.... sangat menakjubkan apabila

kolej mengumumkan bahawa pelajar yang menduduki peperiksaan LJM lulus 100%...

hebat dan rasa bangga yang teramat sangatlah...

walaupun kolej ni serba-serbi banyak kekurangan dan tidak terlalu menonjol, kerja keras dari lecturer dan juga para pelajar, keputusan yang amat memuaskan dan membanggakan ni dapat dicapai...

ada kebaikan ada jugalah keburukkan..

kebaikannya..ada banyak tapi...rasanya..keburukannya lagi banyak.Mari kita tengok, apa kah yang saya katakan kebaikan dan keburukan facebook.

kebaikan

1. kita boleh mencari kawan-kawan yang dah lama kita x jumpa.
2. kita boleh mempromosikan barangan-barangan baru yang terkini. contohnya, fesyen, contact lens dan resepi-resepi yang enak.

4. ramai pengguna facebook menggunakan identiti yang salah
5. bermain facebook ni sebenarnya membuang masa..
6. merosakkan mata bila terlalu berdepan dengan media elektronik hanya semata-mata bermain facebook
7. pelajaran terabai.

Definisi Anarki

Apa itu Antropomertic

biasanya akan digunakan untuk bayi yang baru lahir sehinggalah bayi berumur 12 bulan.

HOW TO BATH BABY

How to bath baby. Here are some useful information for reference:

bath the baby 

1. prepare baby first.put the towel,baby wrapper,pampers and cloths behind the baby.
2. next, prepare the tub.make sure the water is not to warm and not to cool.use your elbow to measure the water temperature.
3. put the baby shampoo and shower cream in beside of tub.
4. bring the baby to the tub.
5. remove baby clothes and prepare the new cloths.(so that baby not expose to long after bath)
6. then,clean baby face by using a smooth towel.(in hospital s/n will use the swab to clean baby face)
7. next,wet your hand and put a little bit of body shampoo on your hand.
8. wipe the body shampoo in your baby.start in hand first,then the body and go to leg.
9. do it fast to prevent baby get hypothermia(baby feel cool @ body temperature go down)
10. after that bring your baby to the tub by hold the baby using a football methods.(to avoid baby released from your hand)
11. put the baby into the tab and rinse baby.
12. rinse from infront then the back.
13. after that,wrap baby with towel and clean the umbilical cord,
14. wear the baby cloths and wrap the baby properly.
15. finish.

So,
you have to count the weeks from month by month.(Refer the examples)
dicember-25hb - 31hb (6days)
January-31 days  (4 weeks + 3 days)
febuary-29 days (4 weeks + 1 days)
march-just take the day 1 to day 9 (1 weeks + 2 days)

NOW,plus all the weeks and days.  

         

             6days + 4weeks 3days + 4weeks 1day + 1weeks 2days= 10 weeks + 5 days

so the answer is, 10 weeks and 5 days

• never study at last minutes.Must make an early preparation for exam
• practice 5'M' 1'B'(membaca,memahami,mengingati,memberi,mempraktikan &berkongsi)
• and the important one is spent at least 1 minutes to pray before you open your books
• when you know/understand something,don't shy to share with another people.So that you will remember what you have learn before.

TONSILLITIS

TONSILLITIS: tonsillitis is inflammation of the tonsils.(also known as sore throat).  (tonsil is 2 oval shape at the behind of the throat).

CAUSES: usually cause by coldvirus and bacteria.comman cold viruses (adhinovirus, rhinovirus,influenza, coronavirus, ) The most common bacterial cause is Group A β-hemolytic streptococcus (GABSH) Less common bacterial causes include: staphylococcus aureus, strreptococcus pneumoniae

RISK FACTOR: Children and young adults

SIGN & SYMPTOMS: sore throat(pain ot the throat),dysphagia,yellow or whitish patch in the tonsil, tonsil swollen,fever,headache,enlarge of lymph nodes(neck)drooling(for childs).

TREATMENTS: medical:antibiotics(penicilin)...antipyretics(paracetamol) 

surgical: tonsillectomy(removal of tonsils).*just peform if tonsillitis is untreated by antibiotics and severe tonsillitis.

PREVENTION: keep body hygiene and take clean diets.

COMPLICATIONS: Rheumatic fever,tonsillar abcess(pus or abcesss form in tonsils tissue) tonsillar cellulitis(occurs when inflammation spread in to the cell)

MANAGEMENT: adequate rest in house,kept body hygiene,always peform hand washing before meals,take medicine as prescribed by doctor and complete immunization programe.
